I have PA and I don't know how much B12 I should be taking? Last blood test, my level was 300. It has been lower in the past. Thank you.

I am lead to believe one cannot over dose on B12 so I do not think you can take too much!

My neurologist told me that neurological damage can occur below 400. Just because the range is between 200-1200 doesn't mean you should say to at the lower end. Stay up on the B12 level!
