All autoimmune diseases are associated with inflammation, either as a cause or as a consequence, and PA is not an exception, as anyone who suffers from PA will confirm. Many of us suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases so control of inflamation is crucial to our wellbeing.

Yes anti inflammatory properties in many foods good for all of us Fresh beetroot and red fruit . Garlic.

Lots of opportunities for salads.

Also hlmd made dishes to include loads oc thsrs foods.

My inflammatory markers were very high on my first blood test when ill.
