So thankful for your help…I’m so pleased today I had a lovely email from PAS …I’ve got a appointment tomorrow with my gp to start from the beginning (we shall see).. …Im thinking ifab test for PA is either positive or negative no abnormal -satisfactory as mine has wrote in between …but have also now realized I may have got that slightly wrong as there may be a equivocal in the middle with nhs which will need possibly new tests

Any help would be appreciated

Main thing is state your symptoms and how soon they start to return without a B12 injection

I've just had a 'review '

The G.p practice wanted an opinion ftom a haematologist I'd never met on the safety of 2 weekly regime .

The reply was obviously generic and stated no harm in 2 weekly b12 injections.

So NHS prescription continues .

Supplr of ampoules to self inject subcutaneously and every third one IM at the surgery .

As off licence I thought that woyjd be challenged but it was actuslly suggested I fo them all at home.

I'm Sticking to having them both .

I concentrated on telling them my symptoms.

Also tge trust I had if oral B1etgat did nothing.

Refused the B12 serum test as stated the levels should remain high .

I'm kn no other medications.

Nothing else found to treat to date .

I hope it goes well.

Thankyou so much ….He’s said we are going to look from the beginning …but to be quite honest most things on my history through my whole life seem to go with PA I really don’t know why it’s taking me so long to actually think ..lightbulb moment happened because mey daughter has just been found to have b12 and folate deficiency and stomach acute ulcers she’s had a biopsy so we are waiting for results, her doctor has with a fight (it really wasn’t easy) she’s started 2 weeks b12 injections but no meds for ulcers they are saying they are waiting for results..our stress is terrible at moment

But her symptoms are so similar and came on fast mine have been gradual over years
