I have been experiencing a number of health issues recently and have had an Intrinsic factor antibody test. Please see photo for result, is this a positive or negative result?
I am so poorly and just looking for answers.
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated

It can take multiple IFAB tests to return a positive result as it only picks up 50 percent of PA cases. Think of it as those antibodies rising and falling and the test catching it just at the time they rise to be positive.
It is specific for PA, but the anti-parietal cell test is not. My first IFAB test was negative but returned a positive result 7 years later. My antiparietal test returned a negative result.
Scientist, not medic. It's purely someone being clever, and substituting a chart when a word would have been enough! It's negative. But as Nackapan says, it's only found in half of the PA population anyway.
