I’d be interested to know as well.
I have heard (I don’t have scientific backup for this) that measuring b12 in a lumbar can tell if serum levels are accurate. (Happy to be corrected!)
I don’t know but I’d be interested to read about this too. I have oligoclonal bands in my CF and Serum.
