It's 3 days since my first injection and my word the burning nerve pain is even worse. Is this infact a good sign? Is this reversing out?

Nerves wake up with B12 if it's needed .I found it pretty painful in the loading phase and beyond
yes! This is the "it gets worse before it gets better and as Nackapan states, it's because the nerves are healing, ALL AT ONCE. The pain ached all the way to the bone for me. It was intense. I had to pace. However after 3-5 weeks it went away. During that time it was tempting to back off on the injections but I knew if I did, it would delay getting better.
The healing journey is SLOW but sure.
Glad to hear you are on the right path. Also this forum is the best in the world for b12 bar none.
Thank you. I'm now really concerned with getting my vit D levels up to. Vit D causes me anxiety but i am very low in it. Also I'm worried I won't be absorbing it if I do try again as I don't yet know why I'm not absorbing things
been there with low vit d. fortunately independantly before I had low 12. low vit D can be debilitating as well. So yes, very important to get that back to norm. Work with a doc. Docs usually understand and will help with vit D. I did high does for 3 months then was tested again. it takes about a 1-3 months it back to normal.
Did you take co factors? Any side effects?
For but D? I had that issue in 2012.
K-2 is the only cofactor for vit D that I take.
Vit d can be toxic if levels get too high so that's why I recommend working with a doc. And they can tell you safe doses when high dosing.
For b12, my cofactors are these daily:
Benfomax (b1) 250mg
b12 complex without b6
B6 - 50mg in p5p form as other forms can lead to chronic toxicity with neurological symptoms
Magnesium glucinate 4-800 mg per day (this is good in general but need it to metabolize the b1 in higher doses)
