Hi All

I am posting on behalf of a member who is very poorly and who lives in Hebden Bridge, HX7.

She needs help with her B12 injections as she is too weak to be able to do them effectively as she is so unwell.

Please contact me via Chat if you think you could help and I shall put you in touch with her.

Thank you in advance

It must be so frustrating for your friend. Sorry I can't help, I'm in the Scottish Highlands. I hope someone offers soon.

When I fractured my shoulder and was in the same position I found the local pharmacist gives B12 injections obviously they charge but any port in a storm.

Hope that helps and your friend is feeling better soon

You'd think having nearly 32,000 members in this forum, statistically speaking, there must be at least a few of them who live locally. Then again it's probably only a tiny % of said members who're active on here.

Hi Dot,

I am dreadfully sorry to learn of your friend. Do they have family, friends, neighbours locally ? This is because they can start asking, talking to people. Firstly, your friend needs someone trustworthy to let into their home especially as they are very poorly and secondly to know what they are doing.

So, I am thinking along the lines of retired nurses or even better are vets, veterinary assistants or those who have worked in agriculture/farming. I say the latter because animals with PA/B12 are treated far more effectively than us.

Sorry, I cannot be more useful.

😘
