The latter is because the NHS are reactive not proactive. They do not look at the bigger, wider picture and long term objectives. So, they wrongly believe that they save money by cutting or stopping injections. But then spend hundreds of thousands on patients who have :-
1) Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease.
2) Stroke
3) Parkinson’s Disease
Now how many of those patients have actually got P.A./B12D ? Strokes can occur a a consequence of high homocysteine levels.
There are videos of SI on YouTube but if your friend is not technologically minded then there are other ways.
