Sorry Grandbella, I do not. Someone may private message you with a name but to be honest I am unsure. In the U.K. some Iron Clinics are also knowledgeable of B12D and P.A. so that may be a starting point.

I wish I could be more helpful.

Hi Gransbella,

I’m in Australia, there are NO specialists who treat PA or B12 but, a gastroenterologist is the specialist who can confirm your diagnosis with a biopsy and tell you to treat with B12 every three months. Your GP may give you some advice and that’s it, you are on your own. Unless you find a decent haematologist who has some insight and may offer infusions for you. Trust me, I’ve done the research and no luck. I joined this forum who taught me everything, with many research articles to teach and become knowledgeable about PA.

If you happen to find something please post here for anyone else in Australia to view.

I can only pass on a UK B12 and iron specialist you can consult online. He may have contacts there, you never know.
