My B12 Debit Card.

I stole the concept from someone who shared they had a cash account for B12. I was well overdrawn 3 years ago and paid a stiff penalty. πŸ˜€

It was issued in the womb by my anorexic mother. It is not a numerical account and is no longer based on actual B12 rather available energy as I heal.

I can draw on it without penalty for different tasks at different times as it is drawn down during the day. I am not going to do banking unless I have to in the evening. If I had to do banking in the evening the amount drawn would be more than in the morning.

The account dwindles in the evening but not as much as before.

The account fluctuates greatly for reasons unknown. It might be tied into a commodity like the price of a barrel of oil. I expect it is controlled by some secret B12 cartel πŸ˜€. That may change now that I understand the hours between injections is important which is not part of current understanding and likely will never be known by researchers or physicians.

An injection needs to be deposited 3 to 4 times a day. Not running out of B12. The account has to have a minimum balance which can't be maintained with less than 3 times a day. I am still working it out. The account does not operate on a 24 hour clock. Just like my body does not.

Hi Wiz

Great analogy!

Yes, currently on a spending spree and needing several valuable deposits a day, but I must have a clear conscience as sleeping very well!🀣

I forgot what my idea was prior to writing this. I have to change the way I manage this account which is hard as it now has to be managed differently as I heal and it is a different than the rest of my whole life when experiencing B12 cellular non function.

It is a lot of work. A lot of unlearning old ways. Not pace life.

Love the metaphor. And it fits so well with the energy account we all juggle with.
