Some months ago, I noticed a link to an article on toxicity of high B12 levels. I meant to read it but now can't find it. Could someone please send me the link?

Many thanks.

Hi ADDG,

I actually have not seen the article. However, one of the most important aspects of literature is the credibility of it. So, who the author is and their accolades. This ensures that Joe Blogs of Every Day Street has not written in News of the Day.

If you actually look at

healthunlocked.com/pasoc/po...

Our members Sleepybunny, LadyBothwell and Retteacher have posted the experts in this field. You will start becoming familiar with the names :-

Professor Ralph Green, Haematologist, California.

Professor Bruce Wolffenbuttel, Endocrinology, Metabolic Diseases and Diabetes, Netherlands.

Professor Mary Ward, Nutrition and Dietetics, Ireland.

Mr. P Julian Owen, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Chair and Founder of CluB-12, England.

There are more experts in this area. When someone said they had dinner with Bruce, I got so excited I nearly lost control of my bladder. However, this symptom is seen in P.A./B12D.

I do not quite understand though, the title of your post is Folate issues but in the body of your post, you are concerned with the toxicity of high B12 levels. Do you require information in both areas ?

B12 isn't toxic so a trustworthy article claiming such a thing might be difficult to find.

I came across some really weird answers on Quora that claimed that b12 was dangerous. But they made such insane statements that I couldn't believe my eyes. Among other things, they seemed to confuse symptoms of deficiency with effects of taking b12. I couldn't help wondering if the posts were AI generated and hadn't been fact checked by a human.
