Frequency of Injections

It is definitive for me that more frequent injections lead to my body healing. How I arrived at this being a possibility is through 3 years of study, imagining, unlearning, critical thinking, exploration and discovery.

1.5 mg every day did lead to feeling less worse over 2.5 years it was not until I started injecting more often I started to feel better. 2.5 years of it takes time was not as effective as more frequently.

Still working out amounts and forms.

For reasons unknown and unstudied other than by me as far as I know it seems that my body heals best with injections 4 to 5 hours apart. I do not think in terms of daily and apparently my body does not eithier.

This understanding is not in conflict with the topping up/off concept other than looking at it from a frequency aspect and not an overall amount.

I also subjectively noticed people here reported doing better when injecting twice a day although it was seen from an amount and or form perspective and not a frequency.

The typical frequency was established by those that try to hide what they do not know to begin with and was based on what they believed and were used to often what was convenient for them. Not likely they would entertain having a nurse give injections more than EOD. Not likely they would entertain self injecting by mere mortals.

As a practical matter I use multi-use vials and am not limited to a fixed amount established for reasons unknown although I did discover this in part with my trials of sublingual. I find injections to be more effective than sublingual although I will revisit that at some point.

We are all different and we all deserve the most successful treatment. Until proven differently I need more frequent injections as my B12 deficiency is life long and a transcobalamin transport issue.

One aspect of a life long deficiency is I cannot know what it feels like for my body to have enough B12 I have to work with the times my body was less B12 deficient

More B12 worked better for me. More frequent is betterer. 🙂
