Hello Iamhealthy123,

Welcome here. Like Wedgewood said B12/P.A. can cause poor mental health. I did look at your previous posts to understand your medical history. I am thinking of you. I feel it is best, to contact your specialist or a nurse helpline and ask for dietetic input and contact your GP.

Your treatment regime can impact your appetite, taste, you may have nausea, vomiting or be too fatigued to cook and eat. Some people do not know what they like to eat any more.

Without proper nutrition and good oxygen supplies our bodies and minds do not work effectively. A dietician is best placed to discuss appropriate options for you as an individual. They will take into account your current state of health, what is appropriate and manageable. Dieticians are pretty knowledgable.

They or your GP may prescribe Ensure Plus, nutritional supplement drinks. Obviously, you can explain your circumstances.

😘
