So I woke up last night and had burning and itching on my lower legs which I have experienced intermittently since I was 9 years old. It was more constant once I started injecting. It has gone away and has not been an issue for over a year. It felt a bit different than before and I went with put some coco butter on my legs and deal with it in the morning. I was not happy.
Come to find out if you go kayaking for hours in shorts and the sun is out your legs will get sun burned. Go figure.
While on the water a blue heron and bald eagle happened by. That was cool.

I had a similar thing a couple of years ago, the summer was insanely hot day after day, I started itching all over and feeling dizzy and faint, couldn't think what was wrong now, until I realised I was overheating!
Because of the neuropathy in my hands/arms, I constantly felt like I was freezing cold, so I was wearing clothes that were unsuitable for hot weather. I eventually sussed out that I needed to cover my hands and arms, while I was wearing t-shirts, and it worked!
