There is no reason why you should not receive those Hydroxocobalamin ampoules from German Amazon . It will obviously take a bit longer at this time of year . Pascoe is a good manufacturing pharmaceutical company . The price you have paid is a reasonable one .
Since I am on biweekly shots, I order from the local hospital pharmacy when I'm down to two doses. No problems....and I've been on shots for 42 years and folic acid daily. Usually average in the 400's for B-12 level...but hemoglobin around 14.0/14.3........
I ordered B12 from Amazon.DE to USA a couple months back and got mine with out a problem. I hope things don't change , that's my back up plan too. I have a Cyanocobalamin prescription from Dr here in the US that I get at Walmart Pharmacy twice monthly.

I live in North Carolina and I have ordered Hydroxocobalamin from Amazon DE on at least 3 occasions. I have recieved my packages every time. They will go through a US Customs check point upon arriving in the US. I have recieved my delevery in as short as 5 days and as long as 2 1/2 weeks. I hope this helps.
Have you tried to just ask any of your physicians if they will give you an Rx for it? I inject 2X daily and get my hydroxocobalamin from a local Walgreens. $21 for a 30ml vial. Single use vials are also available if you inject less frequently. Delivery is not an issue and you do not risk seizure by US Customs.
