Not sure if posting in the right bit 🤔🙈 My symptoms are

Extreme tiredness

Feel like I zone out almost into space

Tiredness behind eyes

Feel overwhelmed by normal things. Feel almost numb like sit in a daze but my brains going 100 miles per hour.

Having thyroid checked next week

My iron was 09.09 mol

Ferritin 45 ugl

. Doctor hard to get hold of. But really struggling.

Not sure if you have vitamin B12 deficiency because I don't see it in your post, but sounds like it could be. It's just how I feel too. I am feeling extremely cold all the time and seem in a fog. Sometimes I feel irritated at my wife (not usual for me) and other times I don't seem to know if I'm angry or happy, it all seems too complicated for me to figure out. My labs were tested and showed my folic acid was very low. So after taking the folic acid tablets for 3 months, next labs showed I was very low in vit. B12. So until you have labs tested, it's all a big guess. Test for B12 levels, take B12 shots once per week until labs show marked improvement. That's my course now at least. Suggest buy some books to educate yourself because Dr.s know about as much as you do about vitamins, etc. Try Could It Be B12 by SallyM. Pacholok and Jeffrey J. Stuart.

Thank youThat's definitely how I feel too I'm normally happy go lucky bit feel low cold tired and completely zone out 🙈😬 hard sometimes with doctors all a bit slow I know not there fault as so busy but hard get tested or get any answers.
