Does anyone own or have read The B12 deficiency survival handbook?
Is it worth buying?
I know that there is a wealth of knowledge in this forum and on other websites but thought might be an interesting read and good to have detailed information at hand.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Adsypadsy. Dr Chandys b12 book is a good read,it can be ordered on Amazon,I think they do an on demand order and print system rather than the usual ready done books if I remember correctly.best wishes.
I've just received the “Vitamin B12 Deficiency in Clinical Practice”, by Dr Joseph Chandy a couple of days ago and was looking for other useful books, the Sally Pacholok book is another I've been considering.
I came across the B12 deficiency survival handbook and the title caught my attention.
