Hubbys C.T. Scan today told it would take 1.1\2 Hours. In less than 30 minutes the radiographer said that's it we've found what we're looking for, you can leave. What have they found !! Now the long wait for results.

He was pleased it only took that amount of time as he was in a lot of nerve pain and can't lie down very well.

Scary to think they found the problem in under 30 minutes yet it didn't show up on MRI scan

No, but I can remember when I kept falling over from antaxia (B12 deficiency) and had to go private because of my back, they also said OK hope it's sorted soon. You know something is wrong, just because ambulance crew and doctors can't see it doesn't mean there's nothing wrong. If they had listened in the first place !!!

Hi! CT scans only take minutes now to perform. 1-1.5 hrs is just a ball park figure to cover

a lot of examinations including any delays so don't be alarmed by how short a time it took.

Some things show up on CT that aren't seen in MRI and vice versa. I hope you get some

answers soon.

it’s great they’ve found something, but the radiographer should have been a bit more careful in what they said.

Hope the doctors tell you quickly.

Not the Radiographers fault ! She was asking if he had had an accident or injury to account for what they found in one area. Never had accident or injury !!
