I posted a week ago about lower back pain. It seems that it has turned into some serious wide spread muscle pain. Not my limbs so much but my whole body just hurts. I don’t think this is B12 related. Most of my weird symptoms are but this doesn’t seem that way. I’m thinking Covid long haul but I had covid 4 months ago and this is just happening now which seems odd.

widespread muscle pain
Very sorry to hear that. Have you checked with your doc to rule out anything serious? Maybe a blood test to test for infections?
I took a quick look at previous posts. Are you still on 1x week? 2 months ago you had the funny visual issues, which can be neurological & makes me think 1x week just may not be enough. I had the vision thing & widespread pain too when low b12. The pain eventually turned to burning & then total numbness in my arms.
Covid could well have just tipped you over the edge even if it's months later. From what i've read, long covid doesn't always hit immediately.
Hope you get some answers and relief soon
But seems to me it's look like B12 deficiency neuropathies that I have. You'd better check with your GP to rule out other disorders but no harm in taking B12 and b complex after you have done all of your tests
Either that or histamine issues. Or both!!
