Hi everyone

I have been on cyanocobalamin injections for 5 months now. Recently, I noticed that my feet and hands feel very cold among other symptoms. Does it mean the jabs are not working?. I'm going through a lot right now. Can someone please me with information.

It was something I experienced when I started treatment, particularly in months 1-3 following the start of treatment. Then again, that was Jan to March, some of the coldest months of the year here, although even with the room at a high temperature my extremities got cold while others were contentedly warm.

Would advise to take a look to my treatment guide here and check that you're supporting your treatment process as well as you can: healthunlocked.com/pasoc/po...

You may want to have your thyroid checked if you have not done so already. It's a simple blood test for thyroid antibodies.

I had cold hands and feet along with other symptoms and was tested and diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis another autoimmune disease that seems to be associated with PA.

It could certainly also be what Technoid posted your nerves just need time to heal.

There is a good book with self diagnosis surveys and weighted scoring of symptoms. I scored very high. I made copies of my completed surveys and took them to my GP, who then ordered the thyroid antibody tests to confirm.

The book:

Thyroid Power - Ten Steps to Total Health

by Richard L Shames

btw, medical literature states that 40% of those with PA will also have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.

Good Luck

I too experienced this especialy in my hands so much so I wore gloves in bedmy son thought I had gone mad when I told him.

With B12 deficiency you can get the most odd sensations but told it is all part of the healing. The cold hands and feet thing has now gone but still get a bit of burning and stinging.

Hopefully with regular injections things will improve. Xx 🤞
