Just got my B12 from Germany and first jab done. I got Hevert hydroxocobalaminacetat 1000ug, (did my research on 4 types of B12) and this one met my needs, as others kept going out of stock so quick!

I’m so grateful to wedgewood for the directions and advice as my low B12 is due to bile acid Malabsorption and GP not supportive giving me B12 and said get a pill, well I don’t absorb it well enough do I, I just pass it out…lol.

I’m looking forward to the little kick which I’ve experienced before with B12 after enlarged spleen from mononucleosis when I was 16 and ill for 18 months.

It’s empowering to be able to take your health into your own hands.🤓❤️
