B12 deficiency with COVID-19

I am at the tail end of covid.I had been feeling a lot better but over the past couple of days I seem worse. No energy again and lethargic.I have 12 wkly injections from the Gp and I inject in between usually 3wkly.

Could the Covid deplete my levels.I have just given myself an injection and my question is how often should I now inject.Really fed up as I was feeling so much better.

Thank you

I had the same problem at the end of Covid. I usually inject weekly, but increased to twice weekly for a week and then felt better. Everyone is different, so its just trial and error to see what you need.

I'm also still recovering from covid .Acute stage over bur very stiff aching shoulders, back and hips.

Also having waves of a fatigue on fatigue

Tinnitus us worse.

Today irritable but not needed pain relief for my head.

Had oral thrush and mouth ulcers too I wasn't expecting.

I've needed more b12 and it has helped.

Read up on postcovid symptoms.

Quite relieved to see aching ect.

So more frustrating pacing as apparently only way to avoid long covud.

Can take 12 weeks to get rid of lingering symptoms.

I thought I was over it but also started a cough again??

Relentless

Take care

Simple answer? Yes it can and does, so increase to what you need to. Hope you soon make some progress.
