Been so tired for maybe 2 years now but just put it down to work, looking after grandkids. Have had cardiac problems which are under control with an implanted cardiac device. After my yearly heart review in november last year it was discovered that my liver function was a bit low but nothing to be concerned about. Following a further blood test which the result was not any better, I was started on pills for b12 which lasted 3 weeks but made no difference. Now started on b12 injections have had my first two loading doses ... 4 to go then 1 per month. Can't wait to finish my loading to see if it gets better 🤞

What a lovely picture! I hope you get the benefits you are looking for.

You might also benefit from a broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement (supermarket A-Z ones are as good as, if not better than, more expensive branded ones) and making sure you have plenty of folate, potassium, magnesium, iron and vitamin D from your diet. If you are still having problems it's a good idea to get these checked too.

You are entitled to printed copies of your test results.

Keep in touch and feel free to ask for information if you need it.

Great picture ! I appreciate this is a Forum for B12/PA but cannot help thinking that having the correct thyroid testing would be helpful. Many of us suffer with both.

Sadly the NHS very rarely do the correct testing and so many are left undiagnosed and undertreated. I would go for full testing privately with Medichecks. Information on the website thyroiduk.org

TSH - FT4 - FT3 - Anti-bodies TPO and Tg are the tests needed. Also check out Ferritin - Folate and VitD. Good to test before supplementing vitamins and minerals

The thyroid and heart health are linked - and with over 300 symptoms linked to poor thyroid there is a lot to consider .... Happy to help. I am not a medic - diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2005 - and have a B12 issue due to surgery. Click onto my username if you wish to read more in my Profile .... 🌻
