B12 One shot tablets

Can anyone tell me where to buy Natural Source One Shot B12 folic acid B6 - worried coming in from the USA and might get clobbered with import tax at door.

Some companies do what they are supposed to do - charge VAT at the customer portal. If they do that, there should be no further charges. (They are then supposed to send the VAT they collect to HMRC.)

A word of caution: it is possible to overdose on B6.

Are you sure these tablets will give you exactly the right ratios of the vitamins you need?

Would you be better to take a more balanced product that supplies all the vitamins and minerals you need or individual tablets of each of these vitamins so that you can balance your intake against your blood test results?

Thanks understand your concern but B6 and folic acid are needed to transport B12 - and I have carpal tunnel syndrome which is helped by B6 and B6 is needed to help with progesterone metabolism and I am low on that.
