I was getting better but after adding exercise my symptoms relapsed ! Sever fatigue severe muscle pain. When I stand due to muscle weakness I sweat alot. My eyes got improved but my muscles don't have any strength. Really I don't know what to do further. My injection frequency is 4 days now SC INJECTION cyanocobalamin. Without painkillers after a walk I can't sleep because of muscle sore.

Could it be related to your adrenals? Stress in your system and any inflammation in the body can cause your adrenals to crash. You can take adrenals cortex extract and also make adrenals cocktail. I use coconut water and salt but lookit up as there aren’t a few recipes.

Could also be iron or a myriad of other possible deficiencies. I have no energy either and it’s been a difficult few months as I literally can’t even go to the gym. I have heavy metal toxicity and and currently chelating so there is a lot of stress on my body so I’m aware of the problem and what to do for me but it sure sucks that I can’t do the things I did last year.

Sorry this is happening to you.

I don't know but after 28 injection my muscles losing their strength. I can seat behind computer mire than ten minutes and I get mouse shoulder. Or my stomach muscles was getting better after I experienced umbilical hernia because of high physical activity while I was in B12 deficiency ( my first symptom actually started 6 years ago with feeling my lower stomach muscles parted in half). But I gave never had these symptoms before that I have now. Severe fatigue like I feel I'm getting crushed and melting down when I stand specially in my back muscles and stomach muscles. I did exercise all of the last month in hope of getting better but everything is going south of me. My be something else is involved but I don't know to find out any other probable cause. Before experiencing of RBC megaloblastic last year September I used to walk 10 km a day. But after I started taking pills and injection my muscle strength and fatigue are worsening. Maybe 28 injection is not enough yet but I see some improvement but I'm far far away from a normal life. Maybe it's just a process of nerve healing. On middle of 2014 I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency and it's seems to me I should have been seen improvement after 28 injection but it's not happening yet. I'm just wondering why?

Try salt baths, cooking salt or epsom salts. Salt is good for muscle contractions etc. Years ago I watch a programme on a body builder who drank loads of water but always added salt to the water to help with his muscles.I prefer adding it to a bath and a long soak.

Yes i still get ' relapses' of what I term 'old symptoms if I try a longer walk or gardening. I'm 3 years in now.

Exercises intolerance is difficult to deal with.

Early days really . Font push too hard it rarely pays off.

I quite agree, gentle exercise to start with followed with recovery, then building up slowly it may take several months to get muscle strength back. Listen to you body and dont push it too hard.

If I am doing more than light walking, I have to inject every day to keep my neuropathy at bay (buzzing, tingling, vibrating, tremors), even after 2 years. I agree with not pushing it too hard; physical and mental stress seem to make everything worse. But with daily injections (which I don't recommend unless necessary but for me they have been a lifesaver) I was just able to go to Disney World with my kids and walk all over the parks, which made me very happy.

Do you have PA or was it dietary insufficiency? Recovery can take a long time. ❤️

It's deficiency. I agree with you that any kind of stress deteriorate symptoms.

I second this. If you exercise you will need more frequent b12. You may have dipped into your store.

You are right. I was thinking about that too. But my exercise wasn't intense. I don't know sometime s I think maybe something else is also involved like multiple sclerosis. But my deficiency was measured in 2013 and my ignorance caused these problems due to lack of knowledge in that time and doctors irresponsibility. And last year I experienced RBC megaloblastic and even in that time doctors couldn't find out my problem and by trial and error I found it's B12 deficiency since then I'm taking B12 pills ( for seven months and then switched to injection) U didn't have that much severe fatigue and muscles strength problem and after starting injection first dizziness and burning feet started and found out a little exercise is required and since then I try exercise but now my fatigue vis so severe and I can't sometimes stand on my feet. I sweat alot even when I sleep. I don't have any sleep pattern. My muscles are losing their strength band I can't even sit behind computer for more than 10 minutes and I feel pain in my neck and shoulder and get muscle sore. I have muscle pain in my stomach fir long time due to walking alot during my deficiency and it caused umbilical hernia on it's own. When I stand I feel like melting down. And If I get stress I get bad dizziness and I can't even criss the street. I don't know what's wrong but I think I have to go for MRI to rule out M.S.

Yes, best you get checked. It's hard to know what is happening. Have you had blood tests since all the weakness started?

Some sort of. I visited cardiologist after I had a fall and checked some of the blood tests was done like magnesium but all were in range. folate and ferritin was in range. I didn't check B12 but I'm sure is high enough due to injection. My stress is too high I'm going to visit psychiatrist. And I'm going to check my fasting sugare too. Really I have no clue what's wrong. Thank you for your comment
