Suggest you speak to the pharmacist dispensing the warfarin - they should be able to advise of any issues - though I wouldn't expect there to be any but I am not medically qualified

My mom also should take warfarin which among other anti coagulants has broadest effect but for mechanical heart valve and aortic mechanical valve is essential. But I've read an article new designs of this mechanical valves don't cause blood clots in blood stream and doesn't needed to have special diet for vitamin k ditching and a long list of foods which have iron and some other stuffs that has interrupting effect with warfarin. But vitamin B12 doesn't have any interaction with any medication except malabsorption in case of taking acid blockers of stomach and metformin for blood sugar regulation and some other medications. But my mom feel bad when taking B12 which I think is because of other issues not related to warfarin. I think INR meter devices can help if you take B12 to figure out which one works for you but unfortunately these devices strips are so expensive and not affordable for everyone.

Hello, I have not noticed any impact on my B12 jabs, with taking Warfarin. I take 5 & 6mgs to keep my INR warfarin between 2 & 3. Have been on Warfarin for 22 years. Diagnosed with PA nearly 3 years ago. Thankfully neither jabs have impacted on each other. Hope this helps🙂
