Can someone please give me accurate temperature needed to keep boxes of B12 usable? I keep mine wrapped in a cool pad, in the dark, but still the temperature can go up to 24C.
Is there an upper limit over which you must not go ? Could one keep in fridge, then in bra longer to warm up .
It's difficult when symptoms vary, to know if it's me or ruined B12.
Thanks for being here.

The Hydroxocobalamin B12 ampoules should be kept no higher than 25c . Over that temperature into the top of the fridge . I actually keep mine in the top of the fridge all the time . My fridge is about 10c at the top . Have done for several years , and it’s fine . Methylcobalamin should always be kept in the fridge . I don’t know about Cynocobalamin, but I guess that they are not at all sensitive .
both cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin are more sensitive to light than heat so need to be kept in the dark ... and for both it would be keep at temperatures below 25C
methylcobalamin is a lot more sensitive to heat and needs to be kept at lower temperatures but I'm not sure what they are. The information leaflet with the ampoules should tell you the temperature ranges at which to store though if you are ordering from a german pharmacy the instructions will be in German
