Can anyone please tell me how I can reduce emails from this site. I don’t want to stop them altogether just reduce the amount. I have gone to the drop down box to try changing from daily to weekly but it isn’t working. Trying to reduce general life admin but with little success!!

Yrs I stopped all emails alerts from this site. I think it was through email 'notifications on my phone. Have a look at your account.

Sorry I csng be more specific but it was definitely just sorted on my phone settings.

You need to go here healthunlocked.com/email-no... and untick what you don't want.

There is no Save button so it appears to 'just save' what you do.

If you click on "unsubscribe from all emails" there at the bottom it will untick everything for you, so only do that if you are sure you don't want to get anything whatsoever. (e.g if you did untick for everything then you won't get an email notification when someone replies to you on a post you have written)

EDIT: Actually, this doesn't do it. (i tried aswell). You need to click UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of the actual emails.

There goes the problem - I don’t want to unsubscribe just reduce emails. I’ll contact HU support as suggested and see if they can help

If you go to the Unsubscribe link in the email you have the option to change the frequency there. I changed mine to weekly. Should have said this in my edit, really. Daily was too much for me aswell.
