Something different re PA to read

Over the past week I've found mentions of PA in a couple of unexpected places. The first was a magazine from a professional society of which I am a member (attached, which I hope is readable) and the second is from a family history site - Davyhurst is in the southern goldfields of Western Australia. How strange life can be. My eyesight isn't good enough to read the article which is a shame. Maybe someone on here can advise you on how to enlarge script without losing clarity - I'm not very up on that.

As for the family history - a sad discovery.

Who would have imagined that, over 100 years later, people would have to fight so hard for adequate treatment ?
