I've just started taking this my fatigue has been sooo bad the last 2wks even when I get a full night's sleep I'm like it in mornings I wake at 7am see kids off to school then within two hours I'm battling to say awake ..I hate it makes me feel depressed I have been signed off work as I have been getting such terrible headaches to...

I had the injections a few times at my doctor's....But I would rather take something more natural x

Yes so woukd i if it worked for me.

As b12 in foods is natural but seem to have stopped absorbing it.

If you are fine off injections great.

Thers so much stuff out there to try.

I did try 'Wild nutrition amongst s load of others.

Unfortunately duint work for me.

That's not got any 'rubbish ' in it.

It's not pharmaceutical grade

I'll stick with this, I feel little better already after 3days but that might not last....Jabs from doctors gave me massive sore spots I can't cope with that 😫🤣

Do you mean spots like pimples? This is a temporary side effect that only appears when you first start injections.

It usually only lasts for a couple of weeks, I've been on injections since 2017 and haven't had any more spots since the first loading doses. It's worth persevering with injections.

I did used to have this one.. It seemed to help a bit...

I used a drop of it to give me the energy to get upstairs and put kids to bed as the methyl spray is too stimulating for evenings

Probably not as effective as injections

Quite expensive but last a while
