Hi all , so in January last year my b12 was 124, done again in march last year it was 150. For many years I have been going in with symptoms like palpitations (had 24 hrs ecg) angular cheilitis, breathlessness extreme fatigue, dizziness, anxiety ow mood and many more. In sep last year things got very bad and I battled for another test, sure enough it was 95 when it should have been 150-1000. She said it was because i didnt eat meat. Looking back that's true but i have always ate eggs, cheese, fortified milk, fortified cereal, normal milk, and took a multivitamen with b12 in. So basically I'm just wondering if this is the reason I'm not feeling a massive difference after my b12 jabs because theres something else going on?

You had your loading doses 7 months ago and, presumably, have had at least two more injections since then. And you're saying that you're not experiencing an improvement in symptoms.
That could be because your symptoms weren't caused by low B12, or that you need more frequent injections. If you're having them 3 months apart, ask the doc to change that to 2 monthly (as advised in the British National Formulary).
Dont get me wrong I have felt an improvement but still just feel a bit urgh. The dizziness, palpitations and breathlessness started again about 2 weeks before I was due my last jab which I got last thursday. They're not quite as bad at the minute. Does it normally happen before your due a jab and then take a while for them to have effect? I asked and he said 12 weeks to my next one and then could try 10 weeks

Keep a diary of symptoms. Symptoms returning a few weeks before a jab would indicate that frequency needs to be increased
Have you considered an overgrowth of yeast or bacteria?
Hes waiting for a full screen of bloods done. With everything on. That's not till the 18th. I was tested for h pylori 2 years ago because I sometimes get strange hiccups that are like rotten sulphur and makes me very Ill. That initial test came back negative but it can flare up every couple of years. I am keeping track of a couple of things so I'll see if theres a pattern
