Is there any problem with say..injecting 0.5 mil a day of methyl B12..will it be beneficial..as opposed to 1mil 3x a week?
I have yet to be diagnosed with PA however I feel very deficient and did really notice a difference with injections..but I've been doing the 1mil..every day for a few days but feel if I don't take it..I'm more fatigued and the sches and pains come back..mood changes also...so is it perhaps better to keep injecting e a smaller dose daily..will it be at all beneficial? Thank you..I'm new to this.

I suggest you do whatever is best for you, providing you are using safe techniques and not leaving single use vials open.
Most of us use hydroxocobalamin rather than methyl but if the latter works for you, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"
I've been using 1.5mg in 1ml hydroxocobalamin daily for the last 6 years to great effect. Some people use more than this, most need less, some people need to use methylcobalamin while others react badly to it and yet others do better on cyanocobalamin.
We're all different and there is no "one size fits all" solution [sic] 😀.
