For the past six weeks I have finally be getting weekly shots and I’ve made so much progress but I got an injection yesterday and today my pulse will not come down it has been over 100 for most of the day and I’m feeling pretty jittery and anxious I’m thinking possibly too much b 12 ??? Is this possible?

Too much B12 - racing heart?
I don’t believe that is the case . I would think that it’s happened because the healing process has started , and sometimes that causes the symptoms to temporarily get worse before they get better . Or it’s a coincidence and there is quite another reason for the palpitations But I believe that the most likely reason is the first one. . I hope that you are feeling better now .
Presumably it's settled now?
What type of B12 are you taking?
I had some weird reaction with Methylcobalamin when I restarted it after my injections were stopped. At it's worse I experienced extreme weakness, but also heart seemed to be racing and anxious as well.
Was fine when I switched to Hydroxocobalamin.
Short answer, but yes it can happen. I had that with loading doses and had to cut down to 1 weekly.
I didn't have a racing heart, but my blood pressure did rise during my loading doses. The nurse at my workplace gave me my loading doses of B12. She was legally required to take my blood pressure before giving me my shot each time. My blood pressure kept rising with each weekly shot. She was concerned and didn't want to give me the 6th and final shot so I had to go to my doctor's office to get it. Since that time my blood pressure has gone back to normal and hasn't risen again. I don't know what happened but I'm feeling good now.
