If you have Pernicious Anaemia, injections are needed . Some P.A. patients find nasal sprays helpful between imjections ., but some do not . If your B12 deficiency is due to diet , the spray will help . , but so would tablets If you have Pernicious Anaemia, your treatment is FOR LIFE , and you MUST have your injections reinstated

Nasal worked for me - at one point the CDC (a US government body) recommended it as an alternative for people who were to phobic to have injections. My recovery didn't really start until I was using a nasal spray regularly - and using it more regularly than the standard recommendation (4x a day rather than once.
Unfortunately the absorption of B12 from nasal sprays, oral sprays and high dose /sublingual does vary a lot from individual to individual and there is a sizeable group that finds they don't work at all as delivery methods. All I can say is try it and see if it does help.
