Yes. I did! I'm in the USA and my order arrived in about two weeks (shipping is slower these days) and it all seems fine. I haven't used the doses yet, but everything seems just fine. I was nervous too, but so far it seems okay and I will use them again in the future.

Yes. Mine have a lot number (which all legitimate meds should have for recall purposes) and the expiration date is Feb 2023.
