h pylori come back again

I had h pylori last year got rid of it now it’s come back again after positive stool sample, dunno what to do not taking antibiotics

Have you discussed with your GP. I am not aware of any treatment for h pylori which would not involve the use of anti-biotics to kill the infection (?a week?), combined with a longer course of PPIs (couple of months?) to lower stomach acidity to give the gut wall time to heal.

I had antibiotics last year caused more issues and sibo to come aswell 😭 they don’t get on with PPI,

you really need to get proper medical advice - there must be treatments that don't involve antibiotics but you need the help of a gastric specialist to identify them - ask your GP if he can refer or consult on appropriate treatment.

I have a gastro doctor he will just give me antibiotics and PPI get rid of it, I was working with functional medicine practician

Well, the only way to get rid of bacteria is with antibiotics. You can try voodoo but it doesn't have a very good success record.

I've just about recovered from my H. pylori treatment. Two days after taking the last dose of antibiotics I started a week long course of symprove. I also needed daktarin cream because I got oral thrush. I carried on with the PPI for a week, but I drank my standard 25 mL of lime juice with meals to help prevent SIBO. Now I have a probiotic yoghurt and prebiotic (Bimuno) with my breakfast and everything is back to normal.

I have had symprove before didn’t help me at all, what antibiotics you take? And PPI life juice does that work how did you get H pylori,

yes bloating stomach cramps acid reflux what diet did you follow

I had antibody test and stool test and both came back negative but my stomach is a mess.

Research Mastic gum. Seems to help a lot of people. Along with Manuka honey and broccoli sprout capsules.
