Like fireworks in a night sky !

This hot dry spell has been a real treat for some flowers and plants, others struggled- but not always going the way you'd think. Glad the roses and hollyhocks loved it.

All the beans off and running the minute the seeds hit the ground, but all the tomatoes still green (?) and the pomegranate shedding flowers (???) Doesn't make much sense, does it ? But that's nature for you.

Have a bowlful of figs though. Bit scared to eat any after you said about watching the pips, Nackapan ! Still got the abscess- but think I'm winning. Otherwise good. How about you ?

Rain relentless today here.

We have tec tomatoes everywhere. Courgettes I made into a risotto with green beans onion and garlic and parsley. Topped with chopped avocado drizzled with lemon juice. Injection day so not concerned about the low b12 in that lunch!! Cucumbers enormous. Tsatsiki perhaps? Not keen otherwise. My husband makes pickles and jams. I'm in bed and the house can smell quite pungent .

I functioned enough to make food a d do a light clean

So that's good. I tried to look at a page of A5 in a novel I have been wanting to read since early 2019.

Print disappears and fades from the right but I felt s tad less irritated in my brain. Vision down. Havent tested that I ages. Weary and sluggish rather than debilitating fatigue is what I wrote down. Head sizzling.

Yes do watch those pips ! A sieve good .my tooth socket has finally healed over tra lah 🤸‍♂️still not flat so mouth washes continue(6weeks) so look after your gums to hang onto your teeth🦷🦷🦷🦷.Non stop tain here too. I dont mind it as not cold.

Perhaps courgette fritters with feta cheese will be the next courgette dish. I'm catching up as had puree for too long . I love my food. Hope you day and everyone else girs as best it can

Love my food too, especially when I've grown it myself.

How about fried green tomatoes ? (Once pips back on the menu of course !)

Glad you are back on solids.

Sounds like you're also experiencing very gradual improvements. You get afraid to say it, don't you - in case you jinx it.

Let's hope this is proceeding onward and upward, Nackapan !
