So I’ve been on propranolol for 10 years. It’s been amazing for my anxiety. But over the last year I’ve been so lightheaded and fainting I can’t go out the house and my HR is 46. Anyone else experience this with long term propranolol?

You need to talk to your doctor.
I've been taking propranolol for 20 plus years and I am fine. Your heart rate is very low. I suggest speaking with your GP.
