These look like the results for a pretty comprehensive review of auto-immune conditions - the two that are relevant to PA are the Intrinsic factor and the Gastric Parietal Cell, both of which came back as negative. WHO doesn't recommend GPC as it isn't considered to be a particularly reliable test, but I believe that is due to the risk of false positives rather than false negatives.
IFA is also an inconclusive test if it comes back negative as it is notoriously prone to false negatives though generally doesn't give false positives (unless done too close to supplementation).
I have no idea what most of the other tests are so you will have to follow up with your GP as I note there are a few positives in there in the mitochondrial abs section
Not knowing anything about the other tests, all I can say is that the negative result for parietal cell antibodies means you're quite unlikely to have pernicious anaemia. Especially in combination with the negative result for Intrinsic Factor antibodies.
Thank you all for your replies, you’ve been very helpful.
