PAS aren't epidemiologists or immunologists and there is actually so much about the virus that really isn't known and understood that the best thing you can do is to refer to local guidance.
If you are in the UK then the NHS site is probably the most appropriate

Please note that in the UK advise concerning self isolation applies to people who know or have good reason to believe that they have come into contact with the virus as we are still deemed to be in phases designed to control the spread of the virus.
I am not aware of any official UK advise currently in circulation concerning people who are deemed to be at particular risk from the virus (eg due to age or compromised immune system), beyond normal provisions around good hygiene given in the 'How to avoid catching or spreading ....' section of the first virus.
Unfortunately I think there was a lot of mis-information in the press yesterday in the UK which probably hasn't helped anxiety levels in the UK.
