3rd dose of vitamin B12 injection i pray to god that this is gonna make a difference to mylife ? Mind you it couldn’t get much worse or can it ??

It will take a while but keep going with your injections. You have many years of damage to repair. Don’t forget to check for folate and D3 as well — supplementing those made a big difference to my hubby.

Oh My God ive got a lot of damage to my body it’s awful. If I hadn’t started these injections myself I honestly believe I would have died that’s how bad of a state that I am in.

It sometimes does feel worse at first but then it goes on improving but it's not usually a quick fix.

I started 1000 mcg injections a week ago. I’ve had 5 injections so far but have felt worse than before injections. B12 levels were at 250 before injections. I have pretty much all symptoms of low b12 and have for years without knowing that my level is low since the US goes by a range of 200-950. UK goes by 500-950. The US range is disappointing.

I plan on taking a break from injections for few days then take the final 2 doses. Then will plan to be on maintenance dose. I’m not gonna quit as from reading it seems it will take a while before feeling better.
