Really confused about b12

Hi all

I found out my b12 was 181. The doctor said I would probably need injections. Anyway, time passed and I saw him again. He changed his tune and said he wanted to re test me after I had been taking a b12 spray (his instruction). They retested and it came back at 250. He said injections are now not needed as my number had increased. I find this all incredibly confusing. I have a lot of b12 symptoms. I paid privately for other tests and these came back (see photo). It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me and I’m not sure what to do.

Also tested my red folate and that came back at 511.09

That's well within range, as is your iron results in the photo.

Has the B12 spray helped with the symptoms?

Go by your symptoms. Keep a diary. See if you continue to absorb supplements.

Rule out anything else too going on. Vitamin d level?
