B12 injection due 25th December.

Prior to this over last few weeks been suffering with tiredness. Back and joint ache.tummy upset and bloating.heart burn and forgetfulness Ness. Is this normal to build up of injection

This will be my 3rd injection since my loading dose and this is the worst I've felt...I'm in dreaming all these symom's.

I suspect you have other things going on. I have all these symptoms and more B12 does not help. I would deal with your stomach issues first. Try a good quality probiotic, I also use betaine HCL with every meal to make my stomach more acidic. It helps break down food and helps absorbs vitamins as well as keeping pathogenic bacteria at bay - likely your reason for bloating. If that doesn’t help I recommend you get a comprehensive digestive stool analysis done. I did and was horrified at the extent of pathogenic bacteria I had at high levels and which were causing symptoms. Good luck.

1st thing is you could check your Iron levels, D3 levels, I take liquid Iron with Vite C for absorption... and yes detox the body, with lemon water & priobodies to have good guys in the intestines.. the stomach needs "Intrinsic Factor" to absorb B-12..

Lack of intrinsic factor may be due to an autoimmune reaction in which your immune system mistakenly attacks the stomach cells that produce it. Vitamin B-12 deficiency anemia caused by a lack of intrinsic factor is called pernicious anemia

also I am picking up on another word.... STRESS.... as I look at your picture, you have FUN,,, and show this Happy face,,,, I feel like you are worried about something....

Stress can cause the symptoms also... Knowledge is POWER

Well observed .yes I've been under lot of stress lost my little girl coming 2 years Jan 3rd...Christmas is hard .also lost my mum following April.

But as soon as I get to 2 to 3 weeks b4 my injections the first symptom I get is myour tongue. ..starts burning and gets coated.then the rest follow.

WOW, I am SAD with YOU... it takes TIME to heal, that Pain can get stuck in US

I can see You had a Very Beautiful Daughter...she is Now an Angel...

I also have been thru LOSS!! 2011 & 2012 which was the start of my Anemia...

a Foster child committed suicide, my Mother Died from the Mesh thing for her bladder, the Government covered it up, My Mothers Family wanted me Dead, My Dad fired Me 90 days after my MOM died. which locked ME in a PAIN I NEVER saw coming....!!!

(I am still learning to deal with all of it, it is making ME Stronger) this is the 1st year I will see my Dad on Christmas Eve... I got to control my words & Emotions..

I call "that season" my Train Wreck that caught on FIRE !!!...I use pictures to see my emotions...

and then I had to clean it up piece by piece

Stress causes our body to work the wrong way...

our Brains control our Body, so I would suggest you find someone to talk with to get this pain OUT.... even if it is the Universe, walk & talk, one time I went out and had a fight with myself... and thru all my anger into the air.... we were not made to hold Anger, Grief or Pain....this is NOT an area you can Fake it till you Make IT..

Buried Pain will KILL US...

now on to the B12, I give myself a shot every 2 weeks, I try to listen to my body, when I get that weird Toung, or a HUNGER like i can eat every thing, i know shot is Due.

each person works so Differently so Learn to listen to your body.

also check your iron, take Vite C it helps the body, I also take Vite D3..

I take iron tablets.multi vit. And vitamin c in liquid form. And 3 monthly B12 injection of Doctor. Which I think should be 8 to 10 weeks

The BCSH guidelines allow for injections to be 2 to 3 monthly if there are no neurological symptoms. It used to categorically say 3 months previously but has changed recently. If not coping get your GP to adjust to 8 weekly regime.

With neuro symptoms you should get 8 weekly but GPs can show discretion. Some are more sympathetic than others. Many people self inject to obtain more frequent doses.
