Mine gave me an immediate injection, just like Doc Martin!
Except that he asked her if she drank first, so had apparently not actually tested for PA, and described it as "a B12 deficiency" not an autoimmune disease. But at least she got a B12 injection immediately (but no discussion of ongoing treatment).
