Your sound very unwell.

Have you had a full blood screen recently?

Are you on any other medication to help you?

Keep going with your b12 injections .

Keep a diary.

Take someone you trust to next doctors appointment.

I hope your symptoms improve soon

Some have resolved as I can now walk in a straight line. I still stagger at times. Weakness and fatigue seem worse at present . Headaches in severity and how long they last have improved. Actual skull seems to have less pressure. Tinnitus present but not constznt now Still in chronic tension headaches most of the time. I've been having b12 injections since November. Now on weekly or 2 weekly. Still not settled on frequency. I've a long way to go yet. Oh severe anxiety went ...

One of the first things to improve on B12 treatment.

We are all different.

Different ages.

How long we were deficient for .

Anf what other mrdical thingd we had before or stresses.

What damage done in that time frame before diagnosis. That was the most awful thing a neurologist said to me. He said oh you must've been deficlient for years. Your treatment was delayed so who knows what damage is permanent. I found that very upsetting. He could've said . I can't give you a time frame or promises but more healing can take place. A sweeping statement I will never forget.

All I know it's a long haul. I was well before this very busy and active.

If caught early and young it seems as long as injections at right frequency and no neurological problems it can be a shorter recovery time.

I know it's very frustrating but no one really knows.

I get scared at times if I will ever function at an acceptable level which has dropped enormously in expectation.

If You can take each day as it comes and eat and sleep in think it's the way to go. The body will continue to heal I believe. Lifestyle will change to accommodate fragilities.

I wish you well

He didnt know.

That is the point im making.

They will only comment on what they see. They say time and b12 to keep healing and stop any more happening.

Every patient is different. We know alot of reserch needed still.

A normal brain mri scan is good a relief.

Nothing sinister there to see.

Autonomic and vestibular disturbances can continue but need the best management

Try and deal with one thing at a time. If anxiety is the worse at present try and concentrate on that first . I'm not medical but in my view when I was suffering with anxiety in a way that was totally new to me when b12 was very low it certainly made everything worse.

Try and get to trust one person to help you through this. Expect less as no one has all the answers . Many on here have alot of facts and ideas to work with. I've learnt alot.

At the same time still persevere if that makes sense.

This forum is wonderful to share experiences.

We are not alone.

Alot of people are struggling and trying to find the best quality of life.

It's hard with no clear pathway.

I hope this helps you

Thank u so much...my neurologist has told me to take 500mcg weekly he’s saying healing nerves is a v slow process some pol take longer some take smaller time but surely it will heal .. though I find his dosage to b less...though he’s done a research on b12...let’s c where this deficiency takes me..all the best to u too😊
