Thinking about my current position. Five or six years ago it was winter and I went to bed with a hot water bottle because of lower back pain and when the program I was watching went off I went to top up the water bottle my partner at the time said you have a massive burn on your back that was raw red that had removed layers of skin. I never felt a thing. I used to suffer a lot with pins and needles. And slight twitching. The odd leg cramp. I was given methacarbamol at the Dr's. And sent away. I began to lose some sensation in my feet. I just brushed this all off as anxiety. Could this have been the start of the decline? I was on metformin and antacids at the time. Now I can stick a pin in my arm from wrist to elbow without feeling it. Now si and can feel pins and needles in arms and legs.

I would find it hard to believe that it was anything but years of B12d.
