Almost tempted to get the IFAB test. Just to see if I do have the antibodies. Not wanted in done on the NHS in case some idiot doc decides a negative means I don't need B12 jabs.

Yes , best go privately . The docs ,as you say, might well dock your B12 injections if it came up negative on a NHS test .
