Tecta appears to be a PPI (pantoprazole)

PPIs can affect B12 absorption in the gut

if you are on B12 injections this bypasses absorption in the gut Tecta's affect on absorption is irrelevant.

Suggest you ask dispensing pharmacist about interactions with any other medications
