Hi. No lower back pain but constant pins and needles in genital area. My B12 was 110 when diagnosed. 1 month of loading doses later my legs feel a bit better and brain fog is improving. I was wondering whether the pudental neuralgia was a symptom of B12 deficiency too.

He. Back pain, pudendal pain, hip pain, uti's. It took a long time to go away with injections, but it did. My doctor put me on 2 x a week injections for life with no loading, so it took a while. Be hopeful!

This can signal a central disc prolapse and is considered a medical red flag. You should see your doctor and discuss referral to a neurologist as if left untreated it could worsen and lead to incontinence. Good luck.
