Self administration of b12 injections for beginners

I have read about people slef administrating b12 and want to do the same but am unsure how to start, where is the best place to buy the b12 all the websites I’ve looked at are in German or another language

Read some of the many old threads on here, which have lots of useful advice on everything from what needles you need, through where to buy, to how to find YouTube tutorials on how to inject. It's a lot simpler than it seems at first!

As for the German, the big German pharmacy sites (also Amazon.de) have an option to translate in the form of a little union flag in the corner.

Very easy as in UK - comes with instructions but you can also speak directly with the doctor who is really nice and reassuring.
